FEES

The tuition fees cover twelve calendar months and must be paid in monthly installments, in the first week of each month. Fees once paid will not be refunded, except caution money.

Fees are paid at the School office. If the payment is not cleared by the due date, the student will be considered a defaulter and he will be charged late fee at the rate of Rs.50/- per quarter with cumulative effect.

If fees are not paid by the due date, the child may be debarred from sitting in class, and if the dues exceed 2 quarter fees, the name may be struck off the register, and to continue, the readmission fee will be charged.

The School reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year, if an increment is considered necessary by the Managing Committee.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

Every student must wear a clean, complete and correct uniform daily. SUMMER WINTER
Grey shorts or trousers, Skirt (girls), color (mixed-grey),

Shirt Red-Blue Check for LKG, UKG, and small Brown-white check for Classes I to IV and smoke-white for classes V to VIII. Girls use a waist coat over their shirts.

Grey tie with brown stripes with school monogram and brown belt with the school monogram (both available from the school office)

Plain black leather shoes with Velcro straps

Mixed-grey, Maroon woolen sweater with school emblem

On P.T. days the students wear white keds. White skirts or trousers/shorts, white socks, T-shirts according to the house.


To ensure uniformity the uniform material must be bought from the authorized dealer.

ASSESSMENTS AND PROMOTION

The school has the semester system of evaluation and assessment.

Within each term the will be also be unit tests which will be taken into account for Promotion Record.

Details of class tests, terminal examinations, along with the schedule and syllabus will be given separately.

The Progress Reports will give an accurate picture of the performance of the students and these records are to be maintained, also in the school dairy.

Progress Reports issued after the terminal examination are to be collected personally by the parents on the scheduled day.

GENERAL RULES

School hours are from 8.15 a.m. to 2.30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Saturdays except the second Saturdays will be from 8.15 a.m. to 12.25 p.m. LKG and UKG students will have classes from Monday to Friday only (8.15 a.m. to 12 p.m)

The summer vacations will be the whole month of July normally and the winter vacation from mid-December to mid-January. These and other vacations may not be anticipated or extended without prior permission. Non attendance on the first day of class after any vacation is considered a serious breach of discipline.

Every student must have a copy of the School Diary. The School Diary must be brought to school on all class days.

Once in the school, no student will be allowed to leave the campus without the authorization of the Principal, and will require the written request from the parents to take a child out. The departure must be noted in the school diary. For security reasons, no one other than the parents or persons authorized by them may take the child out of the school.

The school begins with prayer (Assembly) and all are expected to be present for the same.

SCHOOL TIMINGS

School timings will be from 8.15 a.m. to 2.30 pm.
Reception -- 8.15 a.m. to 2.15 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Information -- 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
Office Hours -- 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon Monday to Saturday. Principal can be interviewed between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon Monday to Friday or by appointment.
